Jerome Zodo Contemporary opened on January 2010 in Milan. The first exhibition titled (ex)communicate, was an international group show that wanted to annouce the artists together with the aestethic and cultural project of the gallery, intention born from the desire to communicate something different and remote, something that can escape prestablished forms of general knowledge, something for which alternative or difficult themes present the visions and the reconsiderations of modern society.

In the wish to create an instrument capable of constant transformation, a space of interaction and exchange with the world around it, in a open dialogue with the public and with artists, Jerome Zodo Contemporary wants to be a tool of comunication, a living, breathing and innovative environment, invested with interpersonal relationships and the exchange of objects and thoughts, expressing the varied language that can be used to organize, promote and communicate contemporary art culture

Jerome Zodo Contemporary promoted from May 2010 a trusteeship programme entitled F classmate, which is structured in various nights of live performances devoted to the female universe. Taking advantage of the intervals between the disassemblage of the past shows and the preparation of the new exibitions, the gallery invites young Italian and International female artists to use its space for the sperimentation of performing arts.
